Bangladesh Specialised Hospital – Dhaka
End-to-end HVAC system implementation for Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC – 1,547 TR of chillers (water-cooled, air-cooled and VRF), 617 AHU/FCU/Split units, and a 4-year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract serviced 24/7 by a 33-member engineering team.
Comprehensive Maintenance Contract
A 4-year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) was signed with BSHL covering all installed chillers and related machines and components. Our HVAC engineering team of 33 members – including engineers and technicians – operates round-the-clock, 24/7, ensuring uninterrupted system performance.
Installed Chiller System
Block-C chiller plant: three H.Stars water-cooled chillers at 135 TR (405 TR), one H.Stars water-cooled chiller at 200 TR, two H.Stars air-cooled chillers (200 TR and 270 TR), two CLINT air-cooled chillers at 200 TR each (400 TR), and three VRF units at 24 TR (72 TR) – combining for 1,547 TR of cooling capacity, ready for operational support and ongoing maintenance coordination.

Engineering Validation & Equipment Selection
A rigorous engineering validation process was carried out to ensure every HVAC component was accurately specified and optimally selected against the hospital's functional and environmental requirements. Scope included comprehensive cooling-load assessment across functional zones, strategic selection of HVAC systems (VRF, AHU, split units, etc.), detailed energy performance evaluation (kW, COP/EER), alignment with healthcare-grade ventilation and safety standards, and technical review of design drawings and specifications – resulting in a fully optimized system with enhanced efficiency, reliability and long-term operational performance.
Material Procurement & Supply Chain Management
An integrated procurement strategy ensured timely availability of high-grade HVAC materials with strict adherence to quality and compatibility standards. Activities covered selection of premium-grade piping (Copper / GI), thermal insulation solutions, precision-engineered fittings, vendor evaluation and approval, and BOQ-driven quantity planning and supply scheduling – delivering a seamless material flow backed by robust quality assurance for uninterrupted execution.
Installation Coordination & System Integration
A structured on-site coordination framework ensured every HVAC component was installed and integrated in line with the approved engineering design. Work included precise matching of indoor and outdoor units, coordination of piping layouts and electrical systems, supervision of installation teams and workflows, and real-time identification and resolution of technical challenges – achieving flawless system integration through disciplined execution and proactive coordination, with operational risks minimized.
Project Documentation & Logistics Management
A comprehensive documentation and logistics management system was deployed to deliver transparency, traceability and on-time project delivery. The team prepared and managed technical documentation, coordinated transportation and delivery schedules, monitored inventory and tracked materials, submitted structured reports and compliance documents, and compiled the final project handover dossier – supporting efficient project closure and client satisfaction.
Our Services During COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic our full team served BSHL to set up specialized environment-controlled rooms for treating COVID patients, and delivered emergency services to ensure uninterrupted supply of oxygen, air, power and HVAC system operation throughout the crisis.
