The total project capacity is planned at 1,000 TR across new and existing facilities, with the first phase implementing approximately 600 TR for the new hospital project and the remaining 400 TR planned for replacement of the existing hospital's VRF system with air-cooled water chillers.

Proposed System Configuration
The proposed configuration includes one 200 TR air-cooled water chiller in the current listed scope, 30 sets of AHU and duct-type FCU units of different capacities, 50 sets of cassette-type FCU units of different capacities, four sets of internal and external chilled water pumps, and one PLC control cabinet for pumps with VFD.

HVAC equipment is being procured through LC from Shaheen Enterprises' reliable partner manufacturer H.Stars Group, with coordination, quality assurance, logistics planning, and delivery scheduling.
Installation & Execution Strategy
A fast-track execution model has been adopted to minimize delay between equipment delivery and installation. Dedicated engineering and technical teams from Shaheen Enterprises will support rapid deployment, site readiness, installation planning, coordination with MEP and civil teams, quality control, and safety compliance.
Documentation & Project Management
The project scope includes technical documentation and reporting, project scheduling and progress tracking, and compliance and handover documentation.
